Teluk Nipah (Nipah Bay)
Is one of the most popular holiday destinations for travellers from Europe on the island of Pangkor today. Located on the north west of the island. This aerial photograph shows part of the beach that, together with 3 other beaches and 2 islets, forms the Lagoon of Nipah Bay,
together
with the Giam Island and Mentagor Island fronting it's surrounding beaches. The sand is golden brown, quite similar to most leading prime beaches. The waters around Nipah Bay are fairly clear.

This beautiful beach is some 20 minutes drive from Pangkor main jetty. Taxi van ride is available from the Pangkor main jetty. From Pangkor Island Beach Resort, the journey takes about 10 minutes.
This exotic bay on the coast is also accessible by bicycle and motorcycle from Pasir Bogak, Teluk Ketapang and Teluk Belanga.
There are plenty of food stalls by the beach in Nipah Bay, hence finding something to eat should not be a problem. There are plenty lodging choices here as the beach is quite popular among tourists
Giam Island also has a decent beach for picnicking and relaxing. Some 20 minutes of kayaking shall bring you to the smaller island of Gaim
